1. Booking and Appointments

When booking with Trang Mi Lashes & Brows, you agree to provide accurate information. An appointment is confirmed only after we reply by phone or message. Please arrive on time so we can reserve enough time for your service.

2. Deposits, Cancellation, and Late Arrival

  • Some services (especially permanent makeup) may require a deposit to hold your slot;
  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance;
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling;
  • No-shows without notice may forfeit the deposit.

3. Service Results

Results of lash extensions, brow and lip permanent makeup vary depending on each person's skin, aftercare, and lifestyle. We are committed to skilled work and quality products, but we cannot guarantee identical results for every client.

4. Aftercare Responsibility

For the best and longest-lasting results, you are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by your technician. We are not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow these instructions.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and design on this website are owned by Trang Mi Lashes & Brows. Client before/after photos are used for promotional purposes only with consent. Do not copy without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Please inform us of any allergies or health conditions before your service. To the extent permitted by law, Trang Mi Lashes & Brows is not liable for indirect damages beyond our reasonable control.
