Your first lash appointment is exciting and a little new. Preparing well keeps you comfortable and helps the set last from day one.
Before the day
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — especially no mascara.
- Don't curl or perm your lashes beforehand.
- Go easy on coffee so your eyes don't flutter while lying down.
What to think about first
Picture the style you want: natural or bold, how long and how curled. Bringing a reference photo helps your artist understand your vision quickly.
During the appointment
You'll lie back with eyes closed, relaxing for about 1.5–2 hours. Many clients even fall asleep. Silence your phone, wear something comfortable, and enjoy the quiet.
Don't be shy — share
If your eyes are sensitive, you take medication, you've had glue allergies, or you've had recent eye surgery, tell us in advance. Your artist will adjust products to keep you safe.
Finally, leave a little buffer after your appointment — you'll want to admire your new eyes and listen carefully to the aftercare.
